We had a registration in April and signed up 7 more children to enter into the Embrace program. We gave a training session in our April meetings to all of our families to prepare them for our annual “Garden in a Bag” project that will be implemented in May. Families were instructed how to prepare the ground or beds where they will be planting their seeds. Our MYB (Middle of the Year Blessing) notification has been sent out; to allow sponsors the chance to provide their Embrace child with a pair of new shoes as well as to help assure that every child is able to receive. Please prayerfully consider how you can help us to make sure that EVERY child will receive new shoes. You have until May 20 to have your finances arrive to our MI office to participate in this mid-year outreach.
