Our March meetings were a busy time! We had our quarterly celebration for the children that have birthdays in January, February and March and gave special recognition to 54 children. Each child received a small toy, were sang to and prayed over and those with a sponsor received a coupon to use at the clinic store. Everyone got to enjoy some cake and a drink. Abner’s “talk” this month was about the “Children’s Rights” and dealt with such things as having the right to a place to live, food, clothing, healthcare, education etc. and shared with the parents that it is their obligation to provide all of this and more for their children. He also had his monthly devotional with the families.
